Phil Briggs, 45, the mayor of Spencerville, Ohio, is accused of secretly recording the teen daughters of his girlfriend, reports say.
Phil Briggs, 45, is charged with pandering obscenity involving a minor, a seond-degree felony. He was being held in the Allen County Jail on a $200,000 bond after appearing Wednesday in Lima Municipal Court.
Briggs is the mayor of Spencerville, a town with a population of about 2,200 located about 14 miles west of Lima. He has been mayor since December 2019.that Briggs is accused of recording the two teen daughters of his girlfriend. Briggs was arrested Monday after he was interviewed by police, the News reports.
