The official announcement of the date for Hari Raya Aidilfitri 1445H/2024M will be made tonight at 8pm by the Keeper of the Rulers' Seal, as authorized by the Conference of Rulers, after sighting the new moon.
PETALING JAYA: Persoalan sama ada Hari Raya Aidilfitri disambut esok atau lusa diketahui pada pukul 8 malam ini.
Menurut Jakim dalam satu hantaran Facebook, pengumuman itu akan disiarkan secara langsung menerusi stesen Radio dan Televisyen Malaysia Saluran 1 pada pukul 8 malam ini. Memetik tulisan Penolong Pengarah Kanan, Seksyen Falak, Bahagian Penyelidikan Jakim, Khairul Anuar Yazid dan Shahril Azwan Hussin dalam satu tulisan memberitahu, di negara ini anak bulan akan dicerap pada petang ini di 29 lokasi di seluruh negara dengan tarikh Aidilfitri yang jatuh pada 1 Syawal berkemungkinan esok atau lusa.
