Police arrested an off-duty Maryland State Trooper after he allegedly pointed a gun at another driver during aZachary Tyler Bowen, 28, was arrested in Baltimore County, Maryland, on Sunday after a 911 caller claimed he pulled beside them on a highway andThe male driver and a female passenger said the incident happened at around 6:30 p.m. when they changed lanes on Interstate 695 in Northern Maryland, according to the Baltimore County Police Department.
Officers said they tracked Bowen down at his home based on information provided by the alleged victims. Police arrested an off-duty Maryland State Trooper after he allegedly pointed a gun at another driver on Sunday, March 18, 2019.
