PERFUME essence being dumped into the river has been identified as the cause of the water disruption affecting some 472 areas in Selangor and Putrajaya, said Subang Jaya assemblyman Michelle Ng. “The pollution this time took place in Negri Sembilan. Perfume essence was dumped into the river. It is one of the most difficult smells to rid of,” she said in a social media post.
