Oceanside police investigating fatal shooting [Breaking]
A 22-year-old woman died Saturday following an argument that ended with a pedestrian firing a shot at a vehicle occupied by the victim and her male friends, Oceanside police reported.
Officers initially responded to a call shortly before noon that a woman was having a panic attack and was having trouble breathing, said police Lt. Taurino Valdovinos. The officers, who provided medical aid at the scene, at Bush and Archer streets, noticed that the woman had sustained a gunshot wound to her upper body.
