“Ang isa pong pinaka-importanteng I think 'yung napag-usapan ay 'yung pag-finalize noong National Action Plan na magiging roadmap natin para matugunan natin yung pangangailan ng El Niño kasi mukhang sasampa ito hanggang sa first quarter of next year,” he said.
