One business, Lounge Chinatown on the 300 block of Eighth Street, was robbed about 3:30 a.m. Thursday, Oakland police told SFGATE. Wang said the surveillance footage showed thieves in the establishment for about 14 minutes, taking high-end alcohol bottles, glass and cash from the registers. She said the business estimated about a $36,000 loss so far.
