NEW Zealand’s Rugby World Cup broadcaster today apologised to furious All Blacks fans and offered refunds after a live-stream of the defending champions’ opening fixture failed mid-match. Many supporters hoping to watch last night’s 23-13 victory over South Africa were confronted by pixellated screens, buffering and error messages, said broadcaster Spark.
