Nurul Izzah letak jawatan ahli PAC - Nasional - Utusan Online
Memetik laporan portal berita Malaysiakini, Nurul Izzah dikatakan membuat keputusan berkenaan disebabkan tidak berpuas hati dengan pemilihan kepemimpinan PAC.
“Malaysiakini difahamkan ahli Parlimen dari PKR itu telah mengemukakan peletakan jawatannya kepada Ronald, Yang Dipertua Dewan Rakyat, Datuk Mohamad Ariff Md. Yusof dan Ketua Whip kerajaan, Datuk Johari Abdul,” kata laporan tersebut hari ini. Namun begitu, Dr. Mahathir memberitahu Ronald kekal sebagai Pengerusi PAC walaupun telah menyertai Bersatu kerana walaupun jawatan tersebut diperuntukkan untuk diisi oleh Ahli Parlimen pembangkang tetapi ia adalah perkara dasar oleh kerajaan dan ‘ia bukan sesuatu yang diinstitusikan atau sebahagian daripada perlembagaan’
