Police said a 2017 Chevrolet Equinox was going through an intersection when it was hit by a 2014 Dodge Ram.
The accident occurred a little prior to 10 a.m. at the intersection of East Lake and Gay roads.
Semesky was a passenger in the Equinox. The driver, Joanne Deck, 75, of Webster, had serious injuries and was flown to a hospital. The driver of the truck, a 44-year-old man from Virginia, and an adult passenger were not injured. A 6-year-old boy and a 9-year-old boy in the truck were taken to a hospital to be evaluated.
