On Tuesday, the National Transportation Safety Board released their preliminary report on the Francis Scott Key Bridge collapse that occurred in Baltimore back

In the report, the NTSB states that on March 26, 2024, about 1:29am, the 947-foot-long Singapore-flagged cargo vessel, The Dali, was leaving out of Baltimore Harbor when it experienced a loss of electrical power and propulsion and struck the southern pier supporting the central truss spans of the Francis Scott Key Bridge.
