A 73-year-old man and 72-year-old woman were allegedly robbed at knifepoint inside their Alice Springs home.An Alice Springs couple aged in their 70s were allegedly robbed at knifepoint in their own home early on Sunday morning, Northern Territory Police said.

The caller reported five male offenders had kicked in the property's front door and awoken a 73-year-old man and 72-year-old woman. NT Police said the offenders spent about 30 minutes moving alcohol and other belongings from the property into a red Holden Commodore with a female driver parked across the road.
