NSW Liberal MP Alister Henskens says Labor was “very clever” politically during the state election campaign.
“There are massive cost of living pressures at the moment, most of which are not the responsibility of the state government,” Ms Henskens told Sky News Australia.
“But what Labor were quite good at doing was actually linking privatisation and toll roads to those cost of living. “They were very clever politically at making those linkages, and ultimately I’m sure that had an impact.”
