Currently, it takes three years from the time of the initial offence to have a demerit point removed.
Labor claims the current state government's focus is on revenue raising, alleging that removing speed camera warning signs saw penalties jump from $4 million in 2020 to $41 million in 2021 and $40 million in 2022 for "low range speeding offences".Yes"One death on our roads is one death too many.
