A report by Puspakom shows there were no technical problems with the brakes or any other part of the bus.

The factory bus which plunged into a monsoon drain in Sepang last week, killing nine people on the spot.

“The factory bus was in satisfactory condition, with no technical problems with the brakes or such. The number of passengers in the bus was within the limit of 44 people including the driver.” He added that they would seek further information on claims by one of the survivors that the bus driver had been racing when the crash occurred.
