LONDON (Reuters) - Premier League chief executive Richard Masters believes the congested fixture schedule may have reached a tipping point due to the steady increase of regional and international games on the calendar.

“This is how it was in the 1980s. I experienced it, like relatives. It was so much fun during that era,” posted TikTok user Nor Salina Lyn.
