“For Metro Manila at nalalabing bahagi ng Luzon, partly cloudy to cloudy skies na may pagulan pa rin,” she added.
Cloudy skies and rain are also still expected over Eastern Visayas and the eastern section of Mindanao due to the influence of the LPA. On the other hand, relatively fair weather will prevail over the rest of Visayas and Mindanao, with partly cloudy to cloudy skies with chances of isolated rain and thunderstorms.
Gale warning is still raised over the seaboards of some areas in Luzon, specifically in the waters of Batanes, Cagayan , Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Isabela, Aurora, and the northern coast of Quezon . The state weather bureau said the temperature range in key cities/areas across the country for Thursday would be:Laoag City: 24 to 29 degrees CelsiusPuerto Princesa City: 24 to 31 degrees CelsiusIloilo City: 26 to 31 degrees CelsiusCagayan De Oro City: 24 to 30 degrees Celsius
