Curves are a uniting theme throughout the home. There are numerous curved niches with white oak floating shelves, ideal for displaying collectibles. The tray ceiling in the dining room features curved lines, highlighted by recessed lights. The ensuite shower has a curved doorway and modified barrel ceiling.
Next to the mud room is a home office with a built-in desk and floating shelves. A rolling barn door provides privacy for work or study. The Kinsmen Home Lottery grand prize show home at 1020 Temperance St. offers 3,325 square feet of living space, including a fully developed lower level. The home’s future owners will enjoy the relaxing family room, wet bar and fitness studio.Popplewell says that the lottery home project was challenging and exciting.
