No tropical cyclones expected in PH until end of January — Pagasa

The Philippines is not expecting any tropical cyclones until the end of January, the state weather bureau said. | JEMendozaINQ

“Aasahan pa din natin ang mga cloud clusters dito po sa silangan ng Mindanao na posible naman maging low pressure area in the coming days,” he added.

Despite the absence of a tropical cyclone this month, several areas in the country saw incessant rains which resulted in floods and landslides.and floods triggered by LPAs and other weather systems like northeast monsoon and shear line.
