Tiana Savignano appeared at Liverpool Local Court on Tuesday where she had her bail conditions tightened.
The 22-year-old will no longer be allowed to sit in the driver's seat of a vehicle after the added condition was applied for by police prosecutors and agreed to by her lawyer Layal Zbib.Savignano's partner Johnson Kokozian, 20, was allegedly behind the wheel of a speeding Mercedes SUV that smashed head-on into a car containing siblings Alina Kauffman, 24, and Ernesto Salazar, 15, in southwest Sydney earlier this month.
Savignano was also slapped with 31 driving offences unrelated to the deadly crash, including speeding, drink driving, using a mobile phone while driving and having an unrestrained child in a car. She will next appear for those matters at Liverpool Local Court on October 9, when a plea will be entered.She will enter a plea to that offence at Parramatta Local Court on October 10.Savignano's partner Johnson Kokozian was charged with aggravated dangerous driving occassioning death.
The 22-year-old will also appear at Campbelltown Local Court on November 1, when she will receive the prosecution's brief for charges relating to her alleged concealment of the Heckenberg crash.He will appear at Liverpool Local Court later on Tuesday.due to the alleged excessive speed. Police allege he fled the scene after crashing the Mercedes-Benz AMG while travelling at nearly double the speed limit for the 50km/h zone.
