New Jersey State Police announced the arrest of eight individuals Wednesday, along with the dismantling of the ring, as a part of a four-month investigation.

New Jersey State Police announce arrests in a reported human trafficking ring, operating out of Trenton. Officials announced the arrest of eight individuals Wednesday, along with the dismantling of the ring, as a part of a four-month investigation.

A search warrant was executed and, in the process, detectives found two female victims in the residence. Two men were also arrested, 55-year-old Daniel Bonito Camara and 39-year-old Edy Villeda Estrada, both from Trenton. In May, detectives executed search warrants for various Trenton residences and found nine more female victims.

Also arrested and charged are Macola-Aguirre, 30-year-old Efran Melocastillo, 30-year-old Jose Gabriel Camara Perico, 31-year-old Daniel Handerson Camara Perico, 28-year-old Daniela Penco-Camara, all of Trenton and 44-year-old Laura Macolas Aguirre, of Asbury Park.Mercer CountyBonito Camara, Macola-Aguirre, Villeda Estrada and Laura Macolas Aguirre are all charged with 1st Degree Human Trafficking and other related charges.
