The plea of the accused, Ngo Wei Kian, was recorded before Magistrate Khairunnisak Hassni on Monday . Based on the charge sheet, Ngo had obstructed the police officers from performing their duties as public servants by speeding off in a car to evade arrest after being instructed to stop by Insp Mohamad Asyraf Mohamad Mokhtar.
