Night Court: Writers' Strike Expected to Shutter Season 2 Production

Reports are that NBC, MelissaRauch, JohnLarroquette & DanRubin's NightCourt will shutter production on Season 2 in light of the writersstrike.

getting ready to wrap up its first season run, production is already underway on Season 2. Great news, right? Well, it was.is reporting that production was off already set to be off this week and set to resume next week. With the need for writers available on multi-camera comedies, the series is expected to go dark for the duration of the WGA/AMPTP strike – currently wrapping up its first day of picketing & protesting.
