GEORGE TOWN: Obeying the movement control order (MCO) does not mean you stop exercising.
Ex-squash queen Datuk Nicol David shared some tips on how to keep fit at home during the MCO with her fans on her Facebook page.
“I had been uploading free online workout videos for quite some time now. With the MCO, my team and I made plans to move our workout sessions to online platforms.“Most people wouldn’t have weight plates, barbells, kettlebells or dumbbells at home. So we show exercise plans that can be done at home using things commonly found at home to add resistance to the workout,” Chin said.
Fitness enthusiast Loke Kar Chuon, 23, said people staying home should do more exercises to boost their immune system.
