CHENNAI (Reuters) -The messaging platform Telegram on Friday told an Indian court it cannot monitor all the accounts it hosts to look for leaked customer data from India's Star Health, and will only block problematic content that is flagged to it.
The Housing and Local Government Minister said he has instructed his lawyers to study whether a case could be built against the Gunung Semanggol assemblyman.
"If it is justified, then will see him in court," he told a press conference after opening the Jalan Hospital community service centre here on Friday . "I have instructed my special officer in Teluk Intan to lodge a police report against him for purposely wanting to instigate hatred and racial sentiment and his motives are bad," he added.
Nga, who is also Teluk Intan MP, was asked to comment on Razman's allegations made earlier Friday that he and Perak executive council member Woo Kah Leong had attended a cultural event in Teluk Intan where several individuals hoisted Chinese flags in public.Nga said both he and Woo did not attend the event as claimed.
