The Punch reports that hundreds of policemen and security operatives have been deployed in major cities across the country as organisers of the #EndBadGovernance protest prepare for a one million-man march today. The newspaper says the casualty figure in the renewed killings in Ukum LGA of Benue state has risen to 50.The Guardian reports that despite Nigeria’s growing population, poverty and other development challenges are on the rise.
THISDAY reports that states have been dismissing President Bola Tinubu’s remark on the disbursement of N573 billion as hardship grant.
