The Punch reports that Anamekwe Nwabuoku, a former acting accountant-general of the federation, on Wednesday pleaded with James Omotoso, a judge of the federal high court in Abuja, to give him more time to conclude the refund of public funds allegedly looted by him and his co-defendant. The Nigeria Labour Congress has said it would press for N250,000 as the new minimum wage during a meeting with Tinubu at the State House today, the newspaper reports.
