Brenton Tarrant, a 28-year-old white supremacist, was arrested within 21 minutes of the first emergency calls being received by police following attacks on Muslim worshippers at two Christchurch mosques on Friday, March 15.He was previously charged with one count of murder and was remanded in custody without a plea. New Zealand police announced the additional charges on Thursday, noting that other charges were still"under consideration.
