New Zealand pengimport terbesar batik Malaysia

Pada 28 Januari 1972, akhbar Utusan Malaysia melaporkan New Zealand menjadi pengimport batik Malaysia yang terbesar sekali dalam tahun 1971. Dalam sembilan bulan pertama tahun lalu, ia mengimport dua kali ganda lebih banyak daripada jumlah yang diimport oleh Jepun, iaitu pengimport kedua terbesar.
