Shane Hoskins was indicted by New York City authorities in connection to two homicides at gay bars where he allegedly drugged and robbed John Umberger and Julio Ramirez.
Last year, at least two other gay men were discovered dead with suspicious bank withdrawals, according to family members who are sounding the alarm on their deaths.
