Developer Mill Creek Residential Trust has started leasing at its new Modera Walsh community in West Fort Worth.

Mill Creek’s new apartments are located in an 80-acre mixed-use district being built along South Marys Creek. The district is also planned to include retail, offices and restaurants.The Modera Walsh community will include a resort-style swimming pool, co-working spaces and a 24-hour fitness center. The community also has a pet spa and a dog park.
The Walsh community development is planned to include between 3,500 and 4,000 single-family homes when fully built out. Republic Property Group is developing the residential community in partnership with Walsh Cos.
