LEGAZPI CITY — The National Bureau of Investigation will have its own building in Bicol region where a regional center will rise at the Rawis village in this city.
Lawyer Menardo de Lemos, NBI director, Department of Public Works and Highways officials and the Ako Bicol Party-list , led the ground-breaking ceremony around 10 a.m.“We are thankful to [AKB] Rep. Elizaldy Co, committee chair on appropriations, for allocating funds for the construction of the three storey regional office. This is a milestone for the NBI, finally realizing the dream to have the establishment [in a building here],” De Lemos said.
