The cinematography is worth mentioning as well, as the secluded house that appears to be the primary setting of the film is shot with stunning angles and with an eye for the eerily beautiful.
Dark Obsession centers on Blaine Morris’ Anne, a painter who is forced into solitude by the abandonment of her husband. How that plays into what the trailer shows—Anne, seemingly trapped in a remote house with a number of other inhabitants—remains to be seen. UK viewers already have the answer to such questions, but those in the US may unfortunately have to hold out a little longer.
