NEW: Man Utd 'Contact' Top Manager
Manchester United have reportedly made contact with a top European manager amid rumours Erik ten Hag will be sacked at the end of the season., new co-owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe has spoken to Bayern Munich boss Thomas Tuchel about the possibility of replacing the Dutchman.
It is said Tuchel holds an interest in the United job, which is expected to be left vacant by Ten Hag regardless of whether or not the Red Devils win the FA Cup. The ex-Ajax Amsterdam manager has been heavily criticised for United's underwhelming form throughout this campaign, with their performance against Coventry City this past weekend the latest in a string of poor showings.
