A New Jersey man was sentenced last Friday to four-and-a-half to nine years in state prison after he was convicted of smashing a person’s car window with a golf club and causing various injuries.

Aiven Rosario, 26, was sentenced after being found guilty on two counts of aggravated assault, one count of simple assault, and one count of criminal mischief following a three-day trial in July.On March 6, 2021, around 9:52 p.m., at the 1400 block of Millport Road in West Lampeter Township, Lancaster County, Rosario used a golf club to smash the victim’s car window, which broke and then struck the victim in the head during the assault.
