According to the report, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Mussella was contacted by the FBI in November after a “months-long probe” revealed the 40-year-old “sexually assaulted a child under the age of 16 in Teaneck on more than one occasion.”
According to the Post, he had a reputation in the area for donating food to those in need, but his image began to unravel last year when he was accused of sexually assaulting two women.The Post said it is unknown if Wednesday’s arrest is connected to those lawsuits.
