DeMeco Ryans was excited to talk to current and former Texans during his introductory press conference as the team's new head coach.
that had a celebratory feel as Texans employees greeted him with applause and chants of"Meco! Meco! Meco!" when he walked into NRG Stadium, Ryans called the decision to return to coach the team that drafted him as a player a"no-brainer."
During his meeting with the media, Ryans also spoke directly to several of his players who were in attendance as well as more than 20 former Texans like Andre Johnson, Brian Cushing and Whitney Mercilus and Houston rappers Bun B and Trae tha Truth. While Ryans said"there is no place I wanted to be any more than H-Town," McNair and Caserio made it sound like an easy decision on their end as well.
