Zachary William Baum, 21, of of Kittanning, Armstrong County, was arrested and jailed in early September, and has been charged with assaulting multiple people, dating back to 2020.At the time of his arrest, police said Baum engaged in sexual acts with random women he found online, firstly sending them Facebook messages and speaking with them for a few days.One victim said Baum assaulted her in his apartment in January 2020, KDKA reported.
Police told the news station Baum tracked the other on Snapchat, picked her up, and assaulted her in his car last November.
