Netflix Casts a New 'Bridgerton' Character for Season 3

Hannah New from Starz' Black Sails series will play Lady Tilley Arnold.

"Like Lady Whistledown, I have been keeping a secret for quite some time and I can confirm to you all that season three is Colin and Penelope's love story," she said.
