National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) and Ikwo local government area of Ebonyi State have commenced the distribution of relief materials to victims of
Addressing the victims at the council headquarters in Onuebonyi, the representative of NEMA, Mr Kadiri Olanrewaju, said the distribution of the materials was to cushion the effects of the 2022 flood disaster on them.
Olarewaju said the distribution would come in batches in order to capture all the affected victims and extolled the beneficiaries for their orderly conduct and assured them that government will always stand by them.
