Nelson Mandela Bay Mayor Gary van Niekerk and fellow National Alliance councillor, John Mitchell address the media outside the Eastern Cape High Court in Gqeberha.Nelson Mandela Bay Mayor Gary van Niekerk and fellow National Alliance councillor John Mitchell, who were"expelled" from the party almost two weeks ago, will retain their positions as councillors in the metro.
This ruling was made by Judge Denzil Potgieter in the Eastern Cape High Court in Gqeberha on Wednesday.
