SEREMBAN: Barbershops and optician shops in Negri Sembilan will only be allowed to reopen once the Health Ministry has defined the standard operating procedures for these businesses to operate, says Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Aminudin Harun"We will have to defer the decision of the Federal Government to allow these two businesses to operate until the Health Ministry sends out the SOP.

Aminuddin added that he hoped that people would be patient and understand why the state government was taking this stand.
