BEIJING (Reuters) - Chinese technology giant Tencent Holdings posted on Wednesday a 8% rise in third-quarter revenue, driven by growth in its gaming business after the recent launches of new titles.
SEREMBAN: Negri Sembilan expects to generate higher revenue this year compared to the targeted sum of RM520mil, says Datuk Seri Aminuddin Harun .
The Mentri Besar said with just over a month left to year-end, the state had already achieved 95% of the target set when the state budget was tabled in December last year."We are confident that the amount will exceed expectations as we have more than a month to go before the year ends," he told reporters after chairing the state exco meeting at Wisma Negri.
When tabling the state budget for 2024, Aminuddin had said the state was expecting to collect some RM520mil in revenue for this year.He had also said that the state budget for 2024 was a deficit one as RM555mil had been set aside for development, operational and related expenditures. On a separate matter, Aminuddin said the state-level Deepavali open house would be held at Kompleks Arena in Tampin on Nov 23.
