SEREMBAN: Muslims in the state will be barred from visiting graves on Hari Raya Aidilfitri as Covid-19 is still a threat, says Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Aminuddin Harun.
He appealed to Muslims to adhere to the, directive as the state authorities do not have enough manpower to enforce it.
Aminuddin said on Wednesday that even if there were enough enforcement officers, it would be difficult for them to control the crowd turning up at the graveyards to pay their respects. On a separate matter, Aminuddin said the state government would follow the guidelines from the federal authorities on allowing the re-opening of places of worship of non-Muslims.
