Nearly 4,000 workers are seeking disability compensation for contracting Covid-19 on the job
by the Labor Department’s inspector general notes the current number of disability compensation claims is expected to rise to 6,000 by August 4.
The majority of the 4,000 existing claims source from three departments: Homeland Security, the Department of Justice and Veterans Affairs.
