and after interviews with local TV news stations, Larhonda Biggles felt alone.
“I work from Monday to Saturday. I keep myself busy so that I won’t really think too hard,” Biggles said on a recent Saturday, which she had taken off after her boss at a lawn care company encouraged her to use paid time off she had earned but not used. A spokesman for Gonzalez said,"the sheriff has kept his promise to do everything in his power to ensure those responsible are held accountable."The most comprehensive account of Simmons’ death, released to date, by Gonzalez last year, outlined a mix of guards using force on Simmons and failing to document it but not many specifics about who did what.
