Halloween was a cool and breezy day. Despite the return of sunshine during the afternoon, temperatures only warmed into the low and mid 60s. Winds were out of the north to northwest at 10 to 15 mph throughout the day. Halloween evening looks cool and breezy. Temperatures fall from the low 50s during the early evening into the 40s by the late evening. Halloween night looks very cold, with overnight lows in the low to mid 30s.
In addition, winds remain out of the north at 10 to 15 mph through Wednesday. That results in wind chills in the 20s early Wednesday morning. The rest of the day looks cool and breezy. Temperatures may struggle to reach 60° despite a mostly sunny sky. Wednesday night lows fall to near or below freezing across most of our area.
Thursday remains mostly sunny and cool with highs in the 60s. Thursday night lows fall into the 30s. Friday looks mostly sunny and warmer with highs in the low 70s. Temperatures trend warmer this weekend, with highs in the mid 70s Saturday and Sunday. Overnight lows remain milder, closer to 50° each night. The weekend looks rain-free with plenty of sunshine.
Early next week could be even warmer, with highs in the mid to upper 70s Monday and Tuesday. We may have a chance for rain next Tuesday, should a weather system materialize and push a front into our area. Next Wednesday could turn a bit cooler in the wake of that system. High temperatures range from the upper 60s to low 70s with lows in the low 50s.
