The actress added that she’s still “so grateful” and “full of faith” that she’s “STILL HERE” despite facing several life-threatening events.
“It’s 9/2. One year ago I had a massive stoke [sic],” the ”NCIS” alum, 53,“Before that I lost so many beloved family and friends …Yet still a survivor after this traumatic life I’ve been given so far.”Perrette’s post included a selfie-style video in which she spoke about how thankful she is to have survived several life-threatening events.
“How many times do I cheat death?” Perrette asked. “I almost died from a hair dye allergy, I have food allergies. I’m a domestic violence and rape survivor.”“I’ve been through a lot in the last two years. Things that are harder than having a stroke. But I’m still here. And I’m still grateful. And thank you, those of you who are my friends.”Perrette was attacked in 2015.
