He is very much a modern big man, more frequently facing up than playing with his back to the basket. But even then, his size allows him to finish with slams or deft touch when he gets to the rim. Though he more often looks to score, Wembanyama has shown a feel for passing both in the halfcourt and with outlet passes.
He also seems at ease with his celebrity and the expectations that come with his undeniable talent, entirely comfortable with standing out in any crowd, not just physically but as a celebrated prodigy.
