A Native American watchdog group recently accused Hollywood producer Heather Rae of lying about her Cherokee heritage for profit according to the New York Post.

She also worked as"narrative change strategist" for the"unapologetically ambitious and innovative Native women-led" organization IllumiNative which sought to amplify"contemporary Native voices."
